The heart of the Metamorph approach to personal coaching and development is the "Self Evaluation Framework". This guarantees a consistent and holistic approach and it ensures that the method continues to improve as each experience is fed back into the process.
Improvements are gained by making small but regular changes to improve your performance and quality of life.
The framework encourages you to become honest with yourself without having to discuss the detail with a stranger. It helps you get a much clearer picture about unambiguously where you are, unambiguously where you want to be and the fewest steps necessary to get between the two.
The overall result is that you will experience a higher degree of goal congruence which gives rise to a much better and more enduring outcome from the coaching activity.
The techniques have been used to help clients achieve outstanding and consistent results in sport, career, personal relationships or simply to find inner peace and relief from stress.
Coaching can be delivered on a 1-1 basis or as part of a wider programme. For example the Self Evaluation Framework is used within the coaching and mentoring strand of the Synergy Programme for creating high performing teams.
Coaching can be delivered face to face, as a correspondence exercise or a mix of the two. Face to Face is the best medium as results can be dramatic and are achieved within 3 one hour sessions.

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, it is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us.
You might ask yourself, "Who am I to be so brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?"
Actually, who are you not to be!.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel unsure around you.
We are all meant to shine as children do.
We were born to manifest the glory of God that is within us.
As we shine our own light, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others".
Quotation read by Nelson Mandela at his inauguration, from the Book 'Return to Love' by Marianne Williamson
